24 NCAC 06A .0227         Duty to Report Change in Key PERSONS

Each Responsible Party shall promptly report to the Commission as soon as practicable, but in no event later than five Days, all changes in Key Persons. The Responsible Party shall include a revised organizational chart that reflects the change in Key Persons and any change in job titles or descriptions. All new Key Persons shall consent to a Background Investigation, timely provide all requested information and documents to the Director, and agree to comply with the Act and these Rules.
